本文采用经胸壁心脏起搏与心内膜起搏对比研究的方法,测定其心输出量,描记体表及心腔内电图。结果表明,经胸壁心脏起搏与心内膜起搏有相同的起搏效果及类似的血流动力学效应,其心输出量还多于心内膜起搏(P<0.01)。此与同时激动两个心室有关。
In this paper, the method of transcatheter cardiac pacing and endocardial pacing comparative study methods to determine the cardiac output, surface markers and intracardiac electrocardiogram. The results showed that the same pacing effect and similar hemodynamic effects of transcatheter and endocardial pacing had more cardiac output than those of endocardial pacing (P <0.01). This at the same time excited about the two ventricle.
