一、前言蒽醌法生产过氧化氢较新的氢化工艺是蒽醌溶液在一滴流床反应器中同氢和催化剂接触反应,从而实现了蒽醌的氧化。由于滴流床反应器中同时存在物质的三态(氢、蒽醌溶液、固体催化剂),其间物料的流动,相间的传质、传热以及催化剂表面上进行的化学反应等因素交织在一起。要贴切地描述反应历程,并根据这种描述来建立数学模型是
