中等职业教育作为教育的重要组成部分,越来越成为国家经济社会发展不可或缺的力量。近年来,中等职业学校面临着生源质量下降、教育难度加大、就业形势严峻的挑战,加之长期以来人们对职业教育培养目标的功利性理解,这些都影响到德育的实效性,导致德育目标难以实现。作为从事德育工作的教师如何进行角色转换,促进中职德育工作实效性,是备受关注的课题之一。
Secondary vocational education, as an important part of education, has increasingly become an indispensable force for the country’s economic and social development. In recent years, secondary vocational schools are faced with the challenges of declining students’ quality, increasing education difficulty and severe employment situation, combined with the utilitarian understanding of vocational education and training targets for a long period of time, which affect the effectiveness of moral education and make it difficult for moral education goals achieve. As a teacher engaged in moral education how to change roles and promote the effectiveness of secondary vocational education is one of the topics of great concern.
