以TiOSO4为原料,聚乙二醇2000(PEG-2000)为分散剂,在90℃加热,制备出锐钛矿型纳米二氧化钛粉体,用X射线衍射(XRD)、激光散射粒径分析(LS)、比表面积分析(SBET)、高分辨率电镜(HRTEM)和原子力显微镜(AFM)等表征了粉体的晶型、比表面、粒径分布和微观形貌,研究了分散剂聚乙二醇-2000的加入量对粒径和晶形的影响,以及纳米二氧化钛粒径随加热时间的变化。结果表明,该方法制备的纳米二氧化钛呈球形,粒径分布为4-10nm,比表面积为139.57m2/g。当聚乙二醇-2000的浓度为1%时结晶度最好,加热时间达到2小时时结晶完成,聚乙二醇-2000的加入有效抑制了晶化过程中晶粒的长大。
An anatase nano-sized titanium dioxide powder was prepared by using TiOSO4 as raw material and polyethylene glycol 2000 (PEG-2000) as dispersant and heating at 90 ℃. X-ray diffraction (XRD), laser scattering particle size analysis ), Surface area analysis (SBET), high resolution electron microscopy (HRTEM) and atomic force microscopy (AFM) were used to characterize the crystal structure, specific surface area, particle size distribution and morphology of the powders. -2000 on the particle size and shape of the amount of added, as well as nano titanium dioxide particle size with the heating time. The results show that the nano-titania prepared by the method is spherical, the particle size distribution is 4-10nm, and the specific surface area is 139.57m2 / g. When the concentration of polyethylene glycol-2000 is 1%, the crystallinity is the best. When the heating time reaches 2 hours, the crystallization is completed. The addition of polyethylene glycol-2000 effectively restrain the growth of grains during the crystallization.
