以不套袋果实为对照,研究了套袋短枝红富士贮藏期间主要品质指标的变化规律。结果表明:套袋果与不套袋果具有相同的变化趋势,套袋果变化幅度较不套袋果明显;贮藏后期套袋果较不套袋果可滴定酸含量降低幅度小,可溶性固形物含量降低幅度稍大。
With no bagging fruit as a control, the changes of main quality indexes of Bagged Red Fuji during storage were studied. The results showed that the bagging fruit and the bagging fruit had the same trend of change, the change rate of bagging fruit was more obvious than that of the bagging fruit; the value of titratable acid content of the bagging fruit was lower than that of the bagging fruit after storage, Slightly lower level of content.
