The sample was decomposed by an oxygen bottle combustion method and then subjected to a colorimetric determination by a reaction based on the F ~ -fading of the color complex formed by zirconium and eromelanine R. The extinction wavelength was determined to be 620 mμ. 1.0 to 1.5 mg for F0 to 5% and 0.5 to 1.0 mg for F5 to 20%.
