摩托车上的刹车摇臂零件,国外从50年代起,就开始用压铸工艺生产。而我国各厂至今还大都是钢材锻压件或冲压件。我厂生产的50型和250型等中小型摩托车上的摇臂,从81年起,开始用压铸工艺生产。压铸件去掉浇口后,只需修整、铰孔和抛光,即可装车使用,不必经过多道加工和酸洗、镀铬等工序,较之锻造和冲压,具有生产快、材料省、重量轻、成本低、外形美等优点。质量也达到国外同类产品的要求。现将压铸件的使用要求和模具设计介绍如下。一、摇臂压铸件的使用要求
