在应变强化低温液体贮罐的制造过程中,将自动等离子孤焊加氩弧焊焊接(PAW+GTAW)工艺成功应用到内容器纵焊缝的焊接中。从焊接材料的选择、焊接工艺评定等方面进行了论述,以此确定了合理的S30408不锈钢的焊接工艺,达到了设计的要求。相对传统的埋弧焊(SAW),此项技术的应用明显提高了焊接接头性能和焊接生产效率,且大大减少了焊材成本。
In the process of manufacturing strain-enhanced cryogenic liquid storage tanks, the plasma arc welding (PAW + GTAW) process is successfully applied to the welding of the longitudinal welds in the inner vessel. From the selection of welding materials, welding process evaluation and other aspects were discussed, in order to determine a reasonable S30408 stainless steel welding technology, to meet the design requirements. Compared with the traditional submerged arc welding (SAW), the application of this technology obviously improves the welding joint performance and welding production efficiency, and greatly reduces the welding material cost.
