目的总结临床药师在重症医学科的药学服务实践,分析典型感染病例,积累经验。方法归纳临床药师在重症医学科遇到的典型感染病例,总结体会。结果临床药师通过多种途径和方式提供药学服务,与医护人员合作,以抗菌药物的合理应用为切入点,参与患者临床治疗实践。结论探索适合县级医院发展水平的临床药师工作模式,有利于提高临床药学服务水平,确保临床合理安全用药。
Objective To summarize clinical pharmacists’ practice in pharmacy services in severe medicine and analyze typical cases of infection and gain experience. Methods To summarize the typical cases of clinical infection encountered by clinical pharmacists in the field of critical care and to summarize their experiences. Results Clinical pharmacists provided pharmacy services through a variety of ways and means, cooperated with medical staffs, and used the rational application of antibacterials as the starting point to participate in the clinical practice of patients. Conclusion The exploration of the working mode of clinical pharmacists suitable for the development of county-level hospitals will help to improve the clinical pharmacy service level and ensure the rational and safe use of clinical medicine.
