面对社会上对于当前高职院校毕业生职业道德素质下滑的质疑,高职院校学生职业道德教育逐渐受到了各方的关注,就如何提高高职院校学生职业道德素质的问题进行大量的探索。本研究立足本省高职院校学生职业道德教育的现实状况,并对用人单位对高职院校毕业生职业道德素质的评价进行调查和分析,针对云南省内高职院校学生职业道德教育存在的问题分别从高职院校、社会环境、政策层面等多方位地提出相应的建议和举措,以期能够对云南省高职院校学生职业道德教育工作起到有益的借鉴作用,为高职院校学生职业道德教育改革提供现实参考和依据。
