发达的资本主义国家工业技术进步的贡献,占整个经济发展的50~70%;而我国从1952年到1982年的30年间的工业技术进步的贡献只有20%左右,差距甚大。因此,把生产转到先进的技术基础上来,是国家和企业所面临的重要课题。本文作者结合我国钢铁企业当前的实际情况,借助企业技术进步的数学模型、数量经济学的理论,进行了较为深入的探讨。尤其是通过对资金和劳动力弹性系数的研究,得出了哪些企业进行基本建设投资是最合理的。进而,指出了提高企业技术进步速度的方向和主要措施。本文可供决策者参考。
The contributions made by industrialized countries in developed capitalist countries account for 50-70% of the total economic development. In China, the contribution of industrial technological progress in the 30 years from 1952 to 1982 was only about 20%, with a huge gap. Therefore, it is an important issue that countries and enterprises face to shift production to advanced technology. Based on the current actual situation of China’s iron and steel enterprises, the author makes a deeper discussion based on the mathematical model of enterprise’s technological progress and the theory of quantitative economics. In particular, through the study of the elasticity of funds and labor force, it is concluded that it is most reasonable for enterprises to invest in capital construction. Furthermore, it points out the direction and main measures to improve the speed of technological progress of enterprises. This article for decision makers for reference.
