介绍了胜利油田通６１－侧１２３井套管开窗定向侧钻施工工艺技术的应用，并通过该井的实施，探讨１３９．７ｍｍ套管开窗定向侧钻的技术问题和小直径套管开窗定向侧钻的难点和相应技术措施，为今后套管开窗侧钻短半径水平井和多分支井打下了坚实的基础。
