石油行业是国家重点支柱行业,又是高危行业,如果没有安全保障,难以实现石油企业的又好又快发展和国家经济的高效运行。安全培训工作是安全管理的重要组成部分,也是提高各类从业人员综合素质、保证油田持续有效和谐发展的有效途径,因此,做好石油企业的安全培训工作,不断提高安全培训的技术含量和质量,对当前乃至今后做好油田安全工作有着十分重要的意义。
