广州等地市场对河虾的需求量与日俱增,畅销不衰,且价格较贵。在鲈鱼、桂花鱼、鳗鱼、甲鱼、鲟鱼等众多名优鱼类价格大幅下跌的情况下,河虾价格仍十分坚挺。今年以来,在广州黄沙水产交易市场的河虾,每公斤销售价格一直为46～50元,最高时52～56元。
