从吉林红参(亦称中国红参,Panax ginseng C.A.Meyer)中分离得到十种单体(RG1~10),用化学方法、红外光谱、质谱(FD-MS,FAB-MS)、~(13)C-核磁共振等光谱法鉴定了其化学结构。分别为人参皂甙:20(R)-ginsenoside Rh_1(RG-1),20(S)-Rg_(?)(RG-2),20(R)-glnsenoside Rg_2(RG-3),20(R)Propanaxa-triol(RG-4)以及ginsenosides Rg_1(RG-5),Re(RG-6),Rd(RG-7),Rc(RG-8),Rb_2(RG-9),Rb_1(RG10)。其中前四种(RG1~4)系首次从中国红参中分离得到的人参皂甙类成分,未炮制前的白参用薄层对照不含有这四种成分。
Ten monomers (RG1~10) were isolated from Jilin red ginseng (also known as Panax ginseng CAMeyer) using chemical methods, infrared spectroscopy, mass spectrometry (FD-MS, FAB-MS), and ) C-NMR and other spectral methods identified the chemical structure. Ginsenosides: 20(R)-ginsenoside Rh_1(RG-1), 20(S)-Rg(?)(RG-2), 20(R)-glnsenoside Rg_2(RG-3), 20(R) Propanaxa-triol (RG-4) and ginsenosides Rg_1 (RG-5), Re (RG-6), Rd (RG-7), Rc (RG-8), Rb_2 (RG-9), Rb_1 (RG10). Among them, the first four (RG1~4) are the first ginsenosides isolated from Chinese red ginseng. The untreated white ginseng thin layer control does not contain these four components.
