目的 :分析不同时期上海心理健康热线电话资料 ,探讨电话心理咨询变化的特点。方法 :对 1995年 1~ 6月和 1999年 1~ 6月上海心理健康热线资料共计 2 30 5人次进行统计分析。结果 :近期有关精神疾病问题的咨询占居首位 (36 .1% ) ,情绪问题仍然呈快速上升趋势 (31.5% )。结论 :上海心理健康热线电话咨询内容的变化与社会发展现状相符合 ,也和其本身的性质有关。
OBJECTIVE: To analyze the data of Shanghai Mental Health Hotline in different periods and discuss the characteristics of telephone counseling. Methods: A total of 2 30 5 person-times of mental health hotline in Shanghai from January to June in 1995 and January to June in 1999 were statistically analyzed. Results: In the recent past, counseling on mental illness accounted for the highest proportion (36.1%), and the emotional problems continued to increase rapidly (31.5%). Conclusion: The change of consulting content of Shanghai Mental Health Hotline is consistent with the status quo of social development and also related to its own nature.
