本文报道对微波作业人员1,664人分不同场强组及剂量组与对照者700人的健康检查比较分析。微波工作者除神衰症状发生率明显增高外,可见脑电图慢波增多,心悸、胸闷、心动过缓、血压偏低、不全性右束枝传导阻滞较多,甲状腺轻度肿大。白细胞及血小板减少的发生率也比对照组为高。眼晶体混浊度增高,及致密度增高在脉冲微波辐射组多于对照组及连续微波辐射组,后者与对照组无差异。晶状体空泡及眼底改变未见微波
This article reports the microwave laboratory staff 1,664 people in different field strength group and dose group and control group 700 health check-up comparison analysis. Microwave workers in addition to significantly lower incidence of Shenyin symptoms, we can see increased EEG slow wave, palpitations, chest tightness, bradycardia, low blood pressure, incomplete right bundle branch block, mild thyroid enlargement. The incidence of leukopenia and thrombocytopenia was also higher in the control group. Ocular lens turbidity increased, and the density increased in pulsed microwave radiation group more than the control group and continuous microwave radiation group, the latter no difference with the control group.
