本文以柞水县财政支农政策培训为例,总结了成功的经验和找出存在的问题,并提出应对策略:第一,加大宣传,提高对村级财会人员培训的认识;第二,加强对培训工作的管理,提高队伍素质;第三,保障培训经费,规范经费管理;第四,健全培训机制,提升培训质量;五、加强培训工作调研,不断创新工作方法。
In this paper, Zhashui County financial support for agricultural policy training as an example, summed up the successful experience and identify existing problems and put forward countermeasures: First, increase publicity to raise awareness of the training of village-level accounting personnel; Second, Strengthen the management of training work and improve the quality of the team; thirdly, guarantee training funds and standardize the management of funds; fourthly, improve the training mechanism so as to improve the quality of training; Fifth, strengthen training and research and continuously innovate working methods.
