改革开放以来,许多跨国公司在我国建立分支机构、投资建厂,从而展开了一场激烈的人才争夺战。在我国加入 WTO后,更多的跨国公司将在中国投资建厂,这场人才争夺战将会愈演愈烈。虽然我国劳动力资源十分丰富,但真正称得上优秀人才的不多,而今后企业的发展点就在于人力资源的合理开发与利用,经营者今天能否留住企业的优秀员工决定着企业明天的兴衰成败。笔者认为经营者可以通过“物质激励”和“感情投资”这两种方式留住
