在林木良种选育试验中,经常要遇到许多数量的问题,如高、径、材积等。树木的数量性状明显的表现出变异现象,即使遗传基础相同的品种,各单株的苗高、地径不完全相同;同一品种在各小区的平均苗高也不一样。主要是环境条件和偶然因素对苗木生长发育影响的结果。树木的变异现象是客观存在的。在选、育、引的过程中,用数理统计方法,对试验所得数据进行整理和分析,可从中找出内部规律性,透过表面现象揭示内在本质,提高试验的准确性。
In the forest seed breeding test, often encounter many problems, such as height, diameter, volume and so on. The quantitative traits of trees showed obvious variation. Even though the varieties with the same genetic basis, the seedling height and the ground diameter of each individual plant were not completely the same. The average seedling height of the same variety in each plot was also different. Mainly environmental conditions and accidental factors on the growth and development of seedlings results. The phenomenon of tree variation is an objective reality. In the course of selecting, educating and inducing, using mathematical statistics to sort out and analyze the experimental data, we can find out the internal regularity, reveal the intrinsic essence through surface phenomena, and improve the accuracy of the experiment.
