镍基高温合金,特别是铸造镍基高温合金的组织很复杂,中由多相组成的复相合金。因此,组成相的显示很重要。一般常用的显示组织方法,无论是化学腐蚀,电解腐蚀还是氧化腐蚀,往往都显示出全部组织。这样不易识别各个组成相,给进一步分析工作带来困难。如能选择适当的方法,使合金组织的某一种相或两种相被显示出来,而其它相不被显示,那么在光学显微镜、电子显微镜或扫描电镜上观察,则很容易分辨。这种显示组织的方法称为单相显示。
Nickel-based superalloys, especially cast nickel-base superalloys, are complex in composition and consist of multiphase composite phases. Therefore, the composition of the phase is very important. Commonly used methods of display organization, whether chemical corrosion, electrolytic corrosion or oxidation corrosion, often show all the organizations. This is not easy to identify the various components, to further analysis of the difficulties. If the appropriate method can be selected so that one or both phases of the alloy structure are displayed while the other phases are not displayed, the observation on an optical microscope, electron microscope or scanning electron microscope is easy to distinguish. This method of displaying tissue is called single-phase display.
