研究了成分梯度对Ti-Al-N 系功能梯度薄膜的抗热震性能的影响.研究结果表明:梯度薄膜的抗热震性能明显优于均质薄膜;随着梯度的增加,Ti-Al-N 系功能梯度薄膜的抗热震性能大幅度提高;计算结果表明在Ti-Al-N 系功能梯度薄膜的厚度方向,热膨胀系数从基体到表层是缓慢连续减小的
The effect of composition gradient on thermal shock resistance of Ti-Al-N functional graded films was investigated. The results show that the thermal shock resistance of the gradient film is obviously better than that of the homogeneous film. With the increase of the gradient, the thermal shock resistance of the Ti-Al-N functional gradient film increases greatly. The calculation results show that the thermal shock resistance of the Ti- N-type functional gradient film thickness direction, the thermal expansion coefficient from the substrate to the surface is slowly and continuously decreasing
