Establishing a modern enterprise system is an inevitable requirement for the development of socialized mass production and market economy. According to the international conventions and standards prevailing in the world, we should shape the legal entity capable of operating independently, assuming sole responsibility for the profits and losses, self-development and self-restraint and the subject of market competition that meet the requirements of the development of the socialist market economy.
