近年来,先进高强钢(Advanced High Strength Steel,AHSS)的研发已进入一个新的阶段。按照强塑积数值的不同,人们将AHSS分为第1代AHSS、第2代AHSS和第3代AHSS。第1代AHSS已经广泛应用于汽车制造领域,第2代AHSS也已应用到汽车的车身设计中。中国钢铁研究总院提出M3组织调控思路,即亚稳(Meta-stable)、多相(Multi-phase)和多尺度(Multi-scale),并率先研发出强塑积在30Gpa%的第3代AHSS。本文介绍了AHSS(如:DP钢、TRIP钢、TWIP钢和Q&P钢等)的工业化生产、汽车制造中的应用和研发进展。
In recent years, research and development of Advanced High Strength Steel (AHSS) has entered a new phase. AHSS is divided into the first generation of AHSS, the second generation of AHSS and the third generation of AHSS according to the different values of the strong plasticity. The first generation of AHSS has been widely used in the field of automotive manufacturing, the second generation of AHSS has also been applied to the car’s body design. China Iron and Steel Research Institute put forward the idea of M3 organization and control, that is, Meta-stable, Multi-phase and Multi-scale, and took the lead in developing the third generation of strong plastic product at 30Gpa% AHSS. This article describes the industrial production of AHSS (such as: DP steel, TRIP steel, TWIP steel and Q & P steel, etc.), automotive applications and research and development.
