支原体肺炎亦称原发性非典型肺炎,临床表现类似病毒性或细菌性肺炎,病原体介于细菌和病毒之间,化验检查冷凝集试验阳性。现将1998年11～1999年5月我院收治的16例,做一简要报道并探讨其诊治特点。 16例中男11例,女5例。年龄5～12岁。16例体温均在38℃～40℃,呈稽留热,弛张热。11例有顽固性百日咳样阵咳,4例咳嗽不剧,1例不咳。肺部体征不明显,偶闻少许湿罗音或仅呼吸音粗。白细
Mycoplasma pneumonia, also known as primary atypical pneumonia, clinical manifestations similar to viral or bacterial pneumonia, pathogens between bacteria and viruses, laboratory tests, positive condensation test. Now in 1998 11 ~ May 1999 16 cases admitted to our hospital, to do a brief report and discuss the characteristics of diagnosis and treatment. There were 11 males and 5 females in 16 cases. Age 5 to 12 years old. 16 cases of body temperature at 38 ℃ ~ 40 ℃, was missed heat, relaxation heat. 11 cases of intractable Pertussis-like cough, 4 cases of cough not drama, 1 case of cough.
