现阶段,在我国社会经济快速发展的同时我国的建筑行业也取得了较快的发展,在我国建筑行业的施工中通过科学合理的建筑工程项目施工管理不仅能够有效地提升建筑工程施工作业施工人员的安全素质,强化建筑施工人员的人员管理,能够有效地降低建筑工程项目的事故发生概率;而且还能够最大程度上为建筑企业节约建筑施工项目成本,提高建筑企业的经济效益。鉴于此,本文先分析了当前工业与民用建筑施工现场管理中存在的问题,并提出了相应的解决对策。
