摘要目的多层CT评估伴发和不伴发Charcot神经性关节病的神经性2型糖尿病病人,比较分析两者的冠状动脉钙化积分和冠心病的严重程度。方法 34例无症状Charco神经性关节病病人及36例非Charcot神经性关节病的无症状糖尿病神经病变的病人行多层CT扫描,评价两组病人冠状动脉积分及冠心病的严重程度。当病人多层CT冠状动脉成像显示至少有一处狭窄超过50%时,被认为冠心病阳性。2 Abstract Objective To evaluate the coronary artery calcification score and the severity of coronary heart disease (CAD) in patients with neurogenic type 2 diabetes mellitus with and without Charcot’s neuropathic joint disease by multi-slice CT. Methods 34 patients with asymptomatic Charco’s neurological joint disease and 36 patients with asymptomatic diabetic neuropathy without Charcot’s neuropathy were examined with multi-slice CT scan to evaluate the severity of coronary artery disease and coronary heart disease in both groups. Coronary heart disease was considered positive when the patient had multi-slice CT coronary angiography with at least one stenosis exceeding 50%. 2
