对萤火一号(YH-1)火星探测器结构分系统设计与试验进行了研究。为满足轻型化、高刚度和低剩磁等要求,结构分系统采用复合板式箱体结构,使用镁、铝等轻合金和非磁性材料,对关键连接点进行合理设计以提高连接刚度,对承力框架进行拓扑优化设计以减小质量。力学分析和试验结果表明:YH-1火星探测器结构分系统设计正确,结构可靠,满足中俄双方约定的技术要求。
The firefly one (YH-1) Mars probe structure subsystem design and test were studied. In order to meet the requirements of light weight, high rigidity and low remanence, the structural sub-system uses the composite plate box structure, and uses light alloy and non-magnetic materials such as magnesium and aluminum to reasonably design the key connection points to improve the connection rigidity. Force frame topology optimization design to reduce the quality. Mechanical analysis and experimental results show that the structural subsystem of YH-1 Mars probe is designed correctly and its structure is reliable, which meets the technical requirements stipulated by both China and Russia.
