1 概况 近年来,柳钢1号高炉(306m~3)坚持以提高冶炼强度为突破口,逐年进行优化操作制度攻关,一方面加强精料工作,另一方面改造风机(D900风机改造成D1000风机),至1996年下半年基本具备了强化冶炼条件。1997年1月高炉年修后,操作上采用了大料批、小高压、高风温等手段,并加强中部凋节,高炉强化冶炼取得了显著效果(见表1)。
1 Overview In recent years, Liuzhou Iron and Steel No. 1 blast furnace (306m ~ 3) adhere to improve the smelting strength as a breakthrough, year by year to optimize the operating system research, on the one hand to strengthen the fine work, on the other hand to transform the fan (D900 fan into D1000 fan) By the second half of 1996, it basically had the conditions for strengthening smelting. After the annual repair of the blast furnace in January 1997, large batchs of materials, small high-pressure and high winds were used in the operation and the central part witnessed a significant increase in the blast furnace smelting (Table 1).
