习近平总书记在十八届中央纪委三次全会上指出:“作风问题都与公私问题有联系,都与公款、公权有关系。”据中央纪委党风政风监督室统计:自中央八项规定实施以来,至今年5月31日,全国查处违反中央八项规定精神的各类问题41880起。其中公款大吃大喝1362起、违规配备使用公务用车9225起、公款旅游(国内)815起、公款出国(境)旅游115起。以上涉及“三公”经费的问题共11517起,占查处违反中央八项规定精神各类问题
