研究了GeS2Ga2S3NaCl系统玻璃的热学属性,并将组成为0.7GeS20.2Ga2S30.1NaCl的样品作为最佳的玻璃基质材料,进行Pr3+离子的掺杂,以制备适用于1.3μm光纤放大器的基础材料。根据Raman光谱对玻璃的微观结构进行了探测。通过YAGNd激光器的泵浦,观察到了位于1340nm和1636nm的发光峰。
The thermal properties of GeS2Ga2S3NaCl system glass were studied. The samples with 0.7GeS20.2Ga2S30.1NaCl as the best glass matrix were doped with Pr3 + ions to prepare the basic materials for 1.3μm optical fiber amplifier. The microstructure of the glass was investigated by Raman spectroscopy. By pumping the YAG Nd laser, luminescence peaks at 1340 nm and 1636 nm were observed.
