大兴安岭地区行政公署,各市、县人民政府,省政府各直属单位:根据交通部等七部门《印发关于在全国开展车辆超限超载治理工作的实施方案的通知》(交公路发[2004]219号)要求,省政府决定成立黑龙江省治理车辆超限超载工作领导小组。其主要职责是:负责全省车辆超限超载治理工作的宣传;组织、督促、检查和指导全省清理整顿车辆超限超载、“大吨小标”和非法改装等非法行为;组织协调全省对超限超载车辆进行集中统一的治理行动;研究提出完善和调整车辆通行费征收计量标准的指导意见;整顿全省道路运输市场秩序。其组成人员如下:
