溧水县中学已有60年历史。“文革”前大部分教师来自宁、苏、锡、常等地,“文革”后期他们陆续调回了原籍。1983年以来,学校的师资队伍中出现了中年教师奇缺、学校教育教学的中坚力量严重青黄不接的现象。目前全校91名教师中年龄在35岁以下的达71人,占任课教师总数的78%。因此培养和指导这批年青人迅速成长,已成为学校师资建设的当务之急。十年来,校领导做了大量艰巨和细致的工作,为加速青年教师的成长创设了一个良好环境。 Lishui Middle School has 60 years of history. Most of the teachers before the “Cultural Revolution” came from places like Ning, Su, Xi, Chang, and so on. Later in the “Cultural Revolution,” they gradually returned their origins. Since 1983, the teachers of the school have seen an acute shortage of middle-aged teachers and the fact that the backbone of school education and teaching has been severely distorted. At present, there are 71 of the 91 teachers in the school who are under the age of 35, accounting for 78% of the total number of teachers. Therefore, cultivating and guiding the rapid growth of these young people has become an urgent task for school teachers. In the past decade, the school leaders have done a lot of arduous and meticulous work and created a good environment for accelerating the growth of young teachers.
