知识管理(KM)是建立在信息管理基础上的更高级的管理,它保证能够在最需要的时间将最需要的知识传送给最需要的人。它强调如何设计一种有效的制度安排,使得信息与信息、信息与人、信息与过程联系起来,通过改变员工的思维模式,建立起知识共享与创新的企业思维模式、内部环境和行为方式,从而实现运用集体智慧提高应变和创新能力,最终达到提高企业业绩的目的。知识管理方法论和实施模式知识管理方法论知识管理方法一般分为战略层、内容层和运作层三个层面(见图1),首先日月确知识管理发展方向,清晰知识管理的内容,从而建立知识管理保障体系。
