从浏阳驱车东行约20公里,便是古港磊石山。山上岩石突兀,各有奇姿,各具秀色。山下便是古港水泥厂,厂门之外,是浏东大道,车流人流,交织不息。我们踏进厂门,厂长罗昭干和厂委会全体同志热情地接待了我们。经过坦诚的交谈,使我们了解了古港水泥厂所走过的曲折道路,了解了罗昭干厂长艰苦创业,回春有术的事迹,这些都深深地感动着我们。古港水泥厂建于1986年,当时设计生产能力为4.4万吨,由于设备未完全配套,实际只能生产3.2万吨。1988年,经过贷款400万元,终于正式投产, Driving east from Liuyang about 20 kilometers, is the ancient Gang Lei Lei Stone Hill. After a frank conversation, we got to know the tortuous road that the cement factory in Gukang has gone through. We have learned deeply about the painstaking efforts pioneered by Luo Zhaogan and the deeds of rejuvenation. All of these deeply touched us. The cement plant was built in 1986, when the designed production capacity was 44,000 tons. Since the equipment was not fully furnished, it actually produced only 32,000 tons. In 1988, after a loan of 4 million yuan, it was finally officially put into operation.
