目的探讨淋巴细胞免疫治疗反复性流产的临床疗效。方法选取2013年4月—2014年3月珠海市平沙医院收治的63例反复流产性患者作为对照组。并选取2014年4月—2015年3月收治的63例反复性流产患者作为观察组。观察组给予淋巴细胞免疫治疗,对照组给予临床常规治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效及血清CA125水平。结果观察组总有效率高于对照组,血清CA125水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论淋巴细胞免疫治疗反复性流产的临床疗效显著,能够有效改善患者的临床症状,妊娠率较高。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of lymphocyte immunotherapy in recurrent abortion. Methods 63 patients with recurrent abortion admitted in Zhuhai Pingsha Hospital from April 2013 to March 2014 were selected as the control group. Sixty-three patients with recurrent miscarriage who were admitted from April 2014 to March 2015 were selected as the observation group. The observation group was given lymphocyte immunotherapy and the control group was given routine clinical treatment. The clinical efficacy and serum CA125 levels were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, the serum CA125 level was lower than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion The clinical curative effect of recurrent abortion with lymphocyte immunotherapy is significant, which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients and the pregnancy rate is high.
