目的综述三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)合成酶抑制剂的研究进展。方法根据已报道的介绍ATP合成酶及ATP合成酶抑制剂的相关文献,将诸多ATP合成酶抑制剂按其用途分类,再按结构分相关类别具体介绍。结果 ATP合成酶广泛存在于动植物体内,其在ATP的合成和细胞间信号传导中起了重要作用,可以设计药物特异性地作用于ATP合成酶,来治疗多种疾病和调控能量代谢。结论为ATP合成酶抑制剂进一步研究提供参考。
Objective To summarize the research progress of adenosine triphosphate (ATP) synthase inhibitors. Methods According to the reported reports of ATP synthase and ATP synthase inhibitors, many ATP synthase inhibitors were classified according to their uses, and then the structure was divided into related categories. Results ATP synthetases, widely found in animals and plants, play an important role in ATP synthesis and cell-cell signaling and can be designed to act specifically on ATP synthetases to treat a variety of diseases and to regulate energy metabolism. Conclusion for the further study of ATP synthase inhibitors provide a reference.
