通过对EPS/CBN复合泡沫模样的三维视频显微镜图片进行二值化处理、团聚区域多颗磨粒质点化及单颗磨粒质点化处理,得出代表复合泡沫模样中CBN磨粒的点分布图,并将点分布图构建成泰森多边形图。利用泰森多边形面积的统计分析法,定量评价了复合泡沫模样中磨粒的分布均匀性。采用该评价方法对不同制备工艺的EPS/CBN复合泡沫模样中的表面磨粒分布均匀性进行分析评价。结果表明,所得参数可以用于带有磨粒聚团的磨粒分布形态的均匀性评价。
