作为应付机械收获的高水分稻谷的处理方法,我们提出了真空冷却贮藏干燥法的方案,并进行了湿稻谷的真空冷却实验。在实验中主要对排气方向稻谷层内的压力下降和冷却特性作了研究,获得如下的结果。1、填充在真空筒内的高水分稻谷。通过实施减压,能够在急骤冷却的同时进行干燥。排气方向稻谷层的冷却特性是,从末端部位开始,越靠进排气口的越能充分地冷却,不过,在本实验中,温度差都是在1℃以内。因此可以认为在排气方向堆积的稻谷层小的情况下,冷却、干燥都是均等的。
As a treatment method for coping with high-moisture paddy harvested by mechanical harvesting, a scheme of vacuum-cooling storage-drying method and a vacuum-cooling experiment of wet rice paddy were proposed. In the experiment, the pressure drop and cooling characteristics in the direction of the exhaust gas are mainly studied, and the following results are obtained. 1, filled with high-moisture paddy rice in a vacuum tube. By performing pressure reduction, it is possible to perform drying while rapidly cooling. In the exhaust direction, the cooling characteristic of the rice grain layer is that the more it can be cooled as it approaches the exhaust port from the tip portion, however, in this experiment, the temperature difference is within 1 ° C. Therefore, it can be considered that in the case where the paddy layer deposited in the exhaust direction is small, both cooling and drying are uniform.
