以1,3,5-三(甲基三氟丙基)环三硅氧烷(D3F)与N,N-二甲基-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基二甲氧基硅烷(KH-602)为原料,在氢氧化钾催化剂存在下,采用本体聚合反应合成了一种氨基聚硅氧烷-N,N-二甲基-β-氨乙基-γ-氨丙基聚甲基氟丙基硅氧烷(AFSO-1)。最佳合成条件为:30.0 g D3F、1.9 g KH-602、0.015 0 g KOH,反应温度105~115℃,反应时间4~8 h。用红外光谱对其结构进行了表征,将其用10%(占AFSO-1的质量分数)的脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、0.1%(占AFSO-1的质量分数)的乙二醇丁醚进行乳化,制得了粒径为55.6 nm透明状微乳,并用固体份质量分数为0.3%的乳液整理白棉布。结果表明,经其整理的棉布弯曲刚度减小(柔软性增强)、折皱回复角增大,拒水效果为80分。
The synthesis of 1,3,5-tris (methyltrifluoropropyl) cyclotrisiloxane (D3F) and N, N-dimethyl-β-aminoethyl-γ- aminopropyldimethoxysilane KH-602) as the raw material, an aminopolysiloxane-N, N-dimethyl-β-aminoethyl-γ-aminopropyl polymethylacrylamide was synthesized by bulk polymerization in the presence of potassium hydroxide Fluoropropylsiloxane (AFSO-1). The optimal synthesis conditions were as follows: 30.0 g D3F, 1.9 g KH-602 and 0.015 0 g KOH. The reaction temperature was 105-115 ℃ and the reaction time was 4-8 h. Its structure was characterized by FTIR, which was characterized by using 10% (mass fraction of AFSO-1) fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether and 0.1% (mass fraction of AFSO-1) of ethylene glycol butyl ether Emulsified to prepare a transparent microemulsion having a particle size of 55.6 nm, and the white cotton cloth was finished with an emulsion having a solid content of 0.3%. The results show that the bending rigidity of the cotton after its finishing decreases (the softness is enhanced), the wrinkle recovery angle increases, and the water repellent effect is 80 minutes.
