对５种石斛兰属植物进行了胚培养试验和快速繁殖研究。结果表明：不同种类的石斛兰萌发时具类似的最适萌发胚龄；石斛兰胚培养的最适通用培养基为改良Ｎ６或自制ＰＴ培养基附加ＮＡＡ０．２ｍｇ／Ｌ，糖的最适浓度为２％；加入椰乳能提高萌发率，萌发后加入马铃薯汁、绿豆芽汁、香蕉汁对幼苗生长有促进作用，香蕉汁能促进根的生成和生长。对石斛兰试管苗生产降低成本的方法进行了探讨。
Five species of Dendrobium were studied on embryo culture and rapid propagation.
