施工圆形构筑物,如烟囱、水塔、筒仓和水池等,不管使用固定式模板,还是滑模工艺,为保证构筑物的几何尺寸和整体刚度,许多施工单位仍然沿用刚性拱圈作环向支撑。由于构筑物设计直径不同,一种规格的拱圈不能满足不同曲率构筑物的施工要求,势必造成拱圈的重复加工和浪费。有些单位也曾使用过伸缩形拱圈,但曲率调整仍不尽理想。近年来,我们舍弃了刚性拱圈的传统工艺,开始应用预应力钢丝绳支模法,取得了满意的效果。
Construction of circular structures such as chimneys, water towers, silos, and pools, whether using fixed formwork or sliding mode technology, many construction units still use rigid arches for circular support in order to ensure the geometry and overall rigidity of structures. Due to the different design diameters of the structures, one type of arch circle cannot meet the construction requirements of different curvature structures, and it is bound to cause repeated processing and waste of the arch circle. Some units have also used telescopic arches, but the curvature adjustment is still not ideal. In recent years, we have abandoned the traditional process of rigid arches and started to apply the prestressed wire rope molding method, which has achieved satisfactory results.
