焊接材料的发展是焊接技术发展的基础。从国外焊接材料的发展来看,焊接材料产品构成出现如下三个特点:1.焊条产量逐年下降,焊丝产量逐年上升。2.涂料焊条的比重虽然日趋下降,但专用焊条如铁粉焊条、封底焊条、重力焊焊条、下向焊条、高韧性焊条、超低氢焊条、难吸潮焊条等日趋上升。3.气体保护焊丝迅速增长。“高效、优质、低成本”是焊接材料的开发方向。一、高效焊接效率是随着焊接材料熔敷速率的增大而提高的.因而开发高熔敷速率的焊接材料是当前世界各国焊接材料发展的一个重要动向,主要表现如下几方面:1.大力发展铁粉焊条铁粉焊条的熔敷效率,平焊为165~250%、立焊为150%、仰焊为130%,其焊接效率可与埋弧焊、CO_2实芯焊丝相比,如图1所示。
