随着胜利油田的不断发展,油田职工住房建设速度的不断加快,生活水平的不断提高,广大职工家属对住房的需求也越来越高,胜利油田住房市场的发展是否稳定直接关系到胜利油田的发展,目前,地区的差异使得胜利油田部分区域住房价格高居不下、持续上涨,如果不能及时对住房价格进行调控、将对胜利油田的发展带来负面影响。所以,分析胜利油田住房价格的影响因素,寻找有效的价格调控方法是需要我们关注的问题。
