一个民族国家创造的文化遗产,包括物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产,都是人类智慧和劳动的结晶,创造力和想象力的体现。作为现存的文化记忆,物质文化遗产和非物质文化遗产具有同样重要的地位。但是,非物质文化遗产作为一种活态的、不断生成的文化表现形式,相对而言,更能反映文化传统和文化变迁,体现文化特性和文化多元。对于民族国家本身来说,非物质文化遗产是独有的民族精神全民的活的记忆,是其深入脊髓的文化积淀,也是其独特文化身份的确证和文化认同的标志,维系民族存在的生命线。对于整个人类社会来说,非物质文化遗产是世界文化多样性的体现,是人类可持续发展的保障。
The cultural heritage created by a nation-state, including both material and intangible cultural heritage, is a manifestation of the crystallization, creativity and imagination of human wisdom and labor. As the existing cultural memory, the intangible cultural heritage and the intangible cultural heritage have the same important status. However, the intangible cultural heritage, as a living and constantly emerging form of cultural expression, relatively reflects cultural traditions and changes in culture, embodies cultural identity and cultural diversity. For the nation-state itself, the intangible cultural heritage is the living memory of the unique national spirit of the whole people, a cultural accumulation penetrating the spinal cord, a symbol of the corroboration and cultural identity of its unique cultural identity, and the lifeline of maintaining the existence of the nation. For the entire human society, the intangible cultural heritage is a manifestation of the world’s cultural diversity and a guarantee of the sustainable development of mankind.
