选聘优秀大学生到行政村任职是从制度上解决乡村干部人才匮乏和党政干部来源单一问题,努力形成来自工农一线的党政干部培养链的重要举措,是党中央着眼于加强“三农”工作,巩固党在农村的执政基础而作出的一项战略决策。本课题在对南京市近150位大学生村官问卷调查的基础上,对大学生村官的人生价值观、工作态度、对三农问题的认识与思考、对未来的期待等等,进行量化分析。在此基础上,对进一步做好大学生村官的选拔与培养工作提出一系列对策性的建议。
Election of outstanding university students to work in administrative villages is to systematically solve the problem of the shortage of village cadres and the single source of the sources of party and government cadres and to work hard to form an important measure for training party and government cadres from the workers and peasants front lines. Agricultural "work to consolidate the Party’s governing foundation in the countryside and made a strategic decision. Based on the questionnaire survey of nearly 150 college students in Nanjing City, this subject conducts a quantitative analysis of the life values, work attitude, understanding and thinking of the issues concerning agriculture, countryside and farmers, and the expectation of the future. On this basis, a series of countermeasures are put forward to further improve the selection and cultivation of college village officials.
