从事儿童研究的人都知道,交往是发展幼儿社会性的一个重要途径。欧洲著名的心理分析学家A·阿德勒认为,假使一个儿童未曾学会合作之道,他必然会走向孤僻之途,并产生牢固的自卑情绪。可见,鼓励和帮助儿童学会交往,是十分必要的。幼儿需要与成人交往,更需要有和小伙伴交往的机会。作为幼儿园老师和家长,应该鼓励并帮助幼儿之间进行积极的交往。在这方面,成人可以做的大致有下列几点:
