研完结果表明:山茶叶片的净光合速率随着盆土的含水量上升而提高。通过与金钟花、杜鹃花叶片蒸腾速率及叶内游离脯氨酸含量的比较研究表明:因山茶具有较厚的蜡质层,具有较低的蒸腾速率,但它具有较低的游离脯氨酸含量,故对水分胁迫的抗性较差。对自然界山茶群落生境的调查也发现较高的土壤含水量和空气湿度是其适生的生境。
The results showed that the net photosynthetic rate of Camellia sinensis leaves increased with the increase of water content in the basin soil. Compared with the transpiration rates of Admiralty and Rhododendron leaves and the content of free proline in leaves, the results showed that Camellia sinensis possesses lower transpiration rate with a thicker waxy layer but lower free proline content , So the resistance to water stress is poor. A survey of the habitat of camellia community in nature also found that higher soil moisture content and air humidity are suitable habitats.
