目的:观察华法林在房颤治疗中的有效性和安全性。方法:对符合标准的96例房颤患者应用华法林抗凝治疗,通过对医生的培训,患者的宣教,根据INR值积极调整华法林用量,并严密观察出血事件,对栓塞事件进行总结分析。结果:本组均治愈出院,无一例死亡。结论:房颤患者应用华法林可以明确降低栓塞的发生率,且安全可靠。
Objective: To observe the effectiveness and safety of warfarin in the treatment of atrial fibrillation. Methods: A total of 96 patients with atrial fibrillation who received standard atrial fibrillation were treated with anticoagulation with warfarin. The physician training and patient education were used to adjust the dosage of warfarin according to the INR value. The bleeding events were closely monitored and the embolic events were analyzed. Results: All patients were cured and discharged without any death. Conclusion: The application of warfarin in patients with atrial fibrillation can obviously reduce the incidence of embolism and is safe and reliable.
