利用载体介导跨膜转运方法将H IV-1的反式激活蛋白(TAT)作为载体转运大分子物质,通过生物膜进入心肌组织细胞内,结果腹腔注射TAT-β-半乳糖苷酶(TAT--βG a l)5h后,心肌细胞即显增着色反应,4~8h达较高水平。TAT融合量可作为载体转运大分子物质通过生物膜进入细胞内。
The transmembrane transport of H IV-1 was used as a carrier to transport macromolecules through the membrane-mediated transmembrane transport and into the myocardial tissue cells through the biofilm. The results of intraperitoneal injection of TAT-β-galactosidase (TAT - βG al) 5h, the cardiomyocytes significantly increased color reaction, 4 ~ 8h reached a higher level. TAT fusion capacity can be used as a carrier to transport macromolecules into the cell through the biofilm.
